In her years working as a fundraiser and nonprofit manager, Caroline has developed a passion for helping organizations build and sustain strong programs and explain their impact to supporters. In her prior position as deputy director at NARAL Pro-Choice Virginia, she oversaw development efforts and strategic plan management during a period of significant grown for the organization. Previously, Caroline worked as an account executive for a consulting firm supporting major donor and grants fundraising for progressive organizations.
Caroline earned her BA in Government with a minor in Sociology from Hamilton College in Clinton, NY, where she was a student leader in political and social justice activism and worked as a writer in the college’s Office of Communications and Development. A long-time DC resident, she enjoys staying involved with local issues and organizations.
Outside of the office, you can find Caroline cheering for Baltimore sports teams, frequenting Pilates and bootcamp classes, listening to history podcasts, and following the exploits of internet-famous pets on Instagram.
